ABOUT TAYYIB SUHUYINI BABA
I’m Tayyib Suhuyini Baba, an IT Manager, Digital Systems Consultant, and Digital Skills Trainer. I lead hands-on delivery of digital systems, capacity building, and WordPress websites that improve how teams work, report, and communicate. The focus is adoption, documentation, and sustainable handover.

PROFESSIONAL STORY
I started out in training and IT support, helping people build confidence with the tools they needed every day.
Over time, the same pattern kept appearing: teams had software, but not reliable workflows.
That gap shifted my work into systems delivery and leadership. Today, I focus on practical solutions that blend implementation and capacity building:
digital traceability setups, Google Workspace onboarding, WordPress websites, and hands-on training that improves consistency,
reporting, and day-to-day execution.
HOW I WORK
I design work around hands-on implementation, training that mirrors real tasks, and clean handover. The aim is independence for teams, not dependency on me.
Implementation, testing, and refinement alongside the team until it works in real conditions.
