PROFESSIONAL STORY

From digital skills training to operational systems leadership

I started out in training and IT support, helping people build confidence with the tools they needed every day. Over time, the same pattern kept appearing: teams had software, but not reliable workflows.

That gap shifted my work into systems delivery and leadership. Today, I focus on practical solutions that blend implementation and capacity building: digital traceability setups, Google Workspace onboarding, WordPress websites, and hands-on training that improves consistency, reporting, and day-to-day execution.

HOW I WORK

Digital systems and training delivery that last beyond the project

I design work around hands-on implementation, training that mirrors real tasks, and clean handover. The aim is independence for teams, not dependency on me.

Hands-on digital delivery

Implementation, testing, and refinement alongside the team until it works in real conditions.

Deliverables: setup, configuration, QA, launch support

Capacity building and training

Training is built around weekly tasks teams must complete, not just tool features.

Deliverables: practice tasks, guides, coaching support

Systems teams can run

Workflows reduce friction and clarify ownership across roles, instead of adding complexity.

Deliverables: SOPs, workflow maps, role clarity

Documentation and handover

Every project ends with clear documentation and a structured handover process.

WORKING PRINCIPLES

Principles for good digital delivery

These principles guide how work is planned, implemented, trained, and handed over so teams can run confidently after a project ends.

Practical over theoretical If it cannot be applied weekly, it does not ship.
Sustainability over quick wins Built for continuity and maintenance, not short-term excitement.
People-first systems Tools fit how teams actually work, not the other way around.
Clear documentation If it is not documented, it is not done.
Ownership and handover The goal is independence, not dependency.
Consistency beats intensity Small habits maintained outperform one-off efforts.
